Saad Gaya is a lawyer at St. Lawrence Barristers PC, having joined the firm in 2019. Saad leads a dynamic litigation practice specializing in regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, privacy law, and commercial litigation. His practice is informed by a strong foundation in statistics and economics, coupled with a deep understanding of the intersection between technology and law.
With a tech-savvy approach, Saad is passionate about emerging areas such as blockchain, machine learning, and decentralized finance. He has recently completed a certificate in Privacy and Cybersecurity Law from Osgoode's Professional Development program, further enhancing his ability to navigate the complexities of digital rights and data protection.
