Phil Tunley and Alexi Wood were pleased to participate as judges in the 2018 Wilson Moot held at the Federal Court in Toronto. The Wilson Moot was founded in 1992 to honour the outstanding contribution to Canadian law made by the late Honourable Bertha Wilson and, in the spirit of this contribution, to promote justice for those disempowered within the legal system. Each year, the Wilson Moot explores legal issues concerning women and minorities, with the aim to promote the education of students and the legal profession in these areas of pressing concern.
